Use the Remote Plus app for troubleshooting and collecting in-the-moment feedback from clients, allowing you to be more effective with your counselling.
Clients can use it like a remote control to adjust volume, temporarily boost speech and reduce noise, make fine tuning adjustments, and choose optional manual programs for situation specific customization.
The Remote Plus app provides deliberate personalization features for your clients, but you still maintain control over all automatic functionality and the client cannot ‘mess up’ the settings.
